When you are cooking pray for your family! Let the love you have for them inspire you to get in the kitchen. Don't panic looking at all the fancy recipes say on Pinterest. Give it your best and remember no two people cook alike. Just like no two people write, paint or sing alike.
Seeing you come back week after week to view my video up load here on my channel is awesome. This journey learning the ropes of Youtube what works, what doesn't, what looks good, how to delivery a great story line, edit video etc. has been a great learning curve. Me personally, I love learning new things. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being loyal returning week after week. My hope is you find truth, wisdom, community, friendship and a safe place.
This weeks video is from a day spent at the MAIS Overall Tournament 2017 at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. The game was a joy to watch. My wish is each of those players on the floor had an awesome time. May their time on the floor be a guidance for their life ahead.
If you missed the first round on Monday of the MAIS Overall Tournament here is your chance to see many clips from Hartfield vs. Sylva Bay Academy.
Before making the purchase of my API Filter, I did research to see which filtration system would best fit my needs. The API Filstar is little pricey at $100. As a child, I had a small turtle, name Fred who lived in a small bowl in my room never using any filtration. Now, I have 4 fairly nice size turtles. The water would get extremely nasty. The decision to purchase this filtration system was the best investment.
The API FILSTAR xP is powerful, easy to use and maintain. It's prefect for any place in your home, although I use mine in the garage, it's so silent. The water stays near perfect crystal clear when the filtration is cleaned properly. It's very easy to maintain.
Let me show you today how to clean a API Filstar XP-M Canister Filtration System.
Things I like about my API Filstar XP-M Canister Filtration System:
Quick Disconnect
Leak Free
Fast Cleaning
Self-priming
Easy start-up-One-time self-priming system in seconds, no hand pumping or manual siphoning.
Anti-Airlock System prevents overheating & eliminates re-priming.
Bypass-Free Circulation.
Long-Lasting, heavy-gauge construction stands up to everyday use.
Easy Access-immediate access to media baskets, impeller, and shaft.
Large Rubber Base keeps filter in place.
My hope is this helps you clean you system you may already have or help in your purchasing decision. If you have any question please ask. I'd love to help you.
In 7th grade my art teacher ask us to create an art piece by looking at another artists work. The Bedroom by Van Gogh stood out. This was a very magical process for me. Although prior, I sat many days on my bed, at my desk and even our living room couch creating. I'd doodle with markers from a large green bucket next to me. It was in that moment creating The Bedroom, I was in love. Not sure what happen to my actually painting of The Bedroom, but I do remember wanting to major in art while entering my college years. My mother encouraged me to take a different path.
In this video, you will hear me trying to crush a myth for small artists, "we have a voice too". You will also hear my story of art. Jeff doesn't get a word in before well, watch till the end. I promise you will gain insight, know more of my heart and want to dive in reading Jeff's newest book, Real Artists Don't Starve. His myth crusher of Real Artists Don't Starve is top notch. You will soon forget I was trying to crush anything.
Were you ever told you shouldn't seek your art passion?
Would you like to hear 12 real rules of a thriving artist?
Are you hungry?
Starving?
Or are you thriving?
My guess is when you finish reading Jeff's newest book, Real Artists Don't Starve, you will be on fire to press forward on your current jobs, start new ones or both. You will have all the right answers the next time someone says "you'll starve". Or silently you may smile thriving on because you will know the real truth.
