It's summer, days spent mostly
in the roads
running to camps
appointments
weddings
swimming
helping a friend
dressing rooms with kids
greenish pool hair
slushies
sunscreen
cooking on the grill
fruit
kids summer song...
no matter where we are, what we are doing
the kids stop dead in their tracks
to sing this song...
they can even be under water
for me thanks to David Letterman
this song is stuck in my head...
